Designed to answer frequently asked questions by young engineers and scientists, “Read Before Flight” provides both facts and insights through both commentary and career stories.
Why Did I Write This?
Throughout my career, I have enjoyed mentoring and teaching younger engineers in the classroom and in industry. However, as I progressed in my career, I found I no longer had adequate time to share my experiences with all of the individuals that wanted to talk. To continue to help, I began writing down discussions into a manuscript and providing it to young engineers. That manuscript laid the foundation for “Read Before Flight”.
